Hasbrouck/Kuehler Wed

Amy Hasbrouck and Nate Kuehler were united in marriage on July 24, 2010, at First Baptist Church in Spencer. Pastor John Pausley officiated the double ring ceremony. Parents of the couple are Darren and Tammy Hasbrouck of Emmetsburg, and Dick and Marsha Kuehler of Spencer.

The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father. She wore a white strapless gown featuring lace on the front, back, and train of the dress. A starburst of jewels adorned the left hip.

Nichole Hasbrouck of Emmetsburg, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Kyla Naig, Jamie Webster, and Rachel VanDerHeide, all of Spencer, Amber Grooms from Ottumwa, and Simone Cooper from Chicago. The flower girl was Kaitlyn Hember.

Laura Bowman Hasbrouck served as the bride's personal attendant.

Trevor Loehr from Spencer served as best man. Groomsmen included Matt Kuehler, Joe Kuehler, and Eric VanDerHeide, all of Spencer, Bill Kuehler from Ankeny, and D.J. Hasbrouck of Emmetsburg. Ring bearers were Lucas Kuehler and Jacob Hember.

Guests were ushered by Kelly Flockhart, Brian Justus, Jesse Kuehler, and Daniel Moore, all of Spencer.

Vocalists Nichole Hasbrouck sang "When I Think About Angels," and Kaitlyn Moore sang "From This Moment" and "My Valentine." Amy Knoup was pianist.

A reception was held at the Clay County Regional Events Center in Spencer. The reception was hosted by Mark and Connie Schroeder and Jay and Jessie Hember.

Following a short trip to Adventureland in Des Moines, the couple has made their home in Spencer.

Amy is a 2006 graduate of Emmetsburg High School and a 2010 graduate of Buena Vista University. She works at the YMCA in Spencer as a personal trainer.

Nate is a 2001 graduate of Clay Central Everly High School.
