Steve and Jodi Webb of Batavia, IL, and Ron and Sue Rouse of Curlew, announce the engagement of their children, Chelsea Virginia Webb and Jake David Rouse.
Chelsea is a 2006 graduate of Batavia High School and a 2009 graduate of Iowa State University. She works for the Science Center of Iowa in Des Moines.
Jake is a 2006 graduate of Emmetsburg High School and a 2010 graduate of Iowa State University. He is employed at Elanco.
