Kelly and Josh Bay of Emmetsburg are parents of a baby girl, Stella Higgins Bay, born on October 21, 2011. She weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces and was 19 inches long.
Stella was welcomed home by a brother, MJ. Grandparents are Tom and Sherri Higgins of Emmetsburg, Steve Bay of Emmetsburg, and Kathy and Art Raymond from Las Vegas, NV.
