Chuck Mammen is a "from scratch" baker. All of his products are produced at the bakery.
Chuck has been in the baking business for 32 years and his wife, Kim, has been in the business for 30 years.
The Mammen family has always been there to help. Kayla and her fiance Brian; Chris and his girlfriend Kristina; sons, Bobby and Brian and Heather. Chuck's brothers came to help, too, and grandma was there to lend a hand.
Of course, four-year-old Jack says he is the "number one boss" and his grandpa Chuck is "number two boss."
"We hope to open very soon," says Kim. "We are anxious to get ready for the holidays. Our peanut brittle has always been a real favorite."
Your Family Bakery is located at 2213 Main Street. There are tables for coffee groups to gather.
Eventually the Mammens will provide lunches and catering.
Your Family Bakery will be open from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday; and 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays.
