Ricky Alan Fuller passed away at his home in Mason City on Thursday, April 25, 2013. He was 65.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 25, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Lester Milligan Park, South Pierce Avenue, in Mason City. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Em- metsburg at a later date.
Rick was born Nov. 27, 1947, to Harold and Gelia (Judy)?Fuller in Independence. He was one of 10 children. When he was very young his family moved to Emmetsburg and he attended Emmetsburg public schools.
In the late 1970s Rick moved to Mason City where he owned and operated Servpro of Mason City for 25 years.
Rick enjoyed playing pool and darts, and spending time with family. He will be missed by many.
He is survived by Sue Thompson, who spent the majority of her years by his side; children, Thomas (Trina) Fuller of Denver, CO, Christopher Thompson of Mason City, Ryan Fuller of Gilbert, AZ, Anna Fuller of Pinetop, AZ, and Falen Fuller of Nora Springs; and seven grandchildren.
Also surviving are his siblings:?Donna (Hubert)?Kopriva of Belmond, Hugh (Nan) of Lakeland, GA, Carol Ensley of Emmetsburg, Raymond (Fran)?of Estherville, Donald (Dixie) of Leavenworth, KS, Tony (Doris)?of Maynard, Jenny (Tom) Perham of Hampton, VA and Neal of Oelwein; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Wanda Curtis; his son, Ricky Jr.; and two brothers-in-law, Dave Curtis and Vern Ensley.
