Catholic Daughters of West Bend and Mallard March Meeting

Lois Pannkuk and Andrea Haglund from Informed Choices spoke to the ladies about the services provided at the clinic in Fort Dodge; and about the work being done to partner with a national brand "Obria". Help is needed to implement a digital pro life technology, an online clinic that be accessed when young girls search for "abortion". Their goal is to launch this in June. $150,000 is needed to make this possible.

Regent Carol Eoriatti opened the meeting with prayer for the sick. She welcomed new member Autumn Wirtz and visitors Ali Wirtz and Shelby Wagner.

Ashley Laubenthal reported on "Easter Lily and Mum" sales. The plants can be picked up on Saturday, March 24.

A bake sale will be held on Saturday and Sunday, March 17 and 18, for the court's annual food event. Cindy Bormann and Luan Montag are chairing the event. The sale will take place before and after 5:00 pm and 10:15 masses at Sts. Peter and Paul Church.

Ellen Streit thanked everyone for praying for the end of abortion during "Forty Days of Life".

Colleen Wuebker informed the court about "Open Doors" - help for persecuted Christians.

A nominating committee of Judy Miller, Luan Montag, Autumn Wirtz, Pat Montag and Ashley Laubenthal was selected to prepare a new slate of officers for the regent, vice regent and treasurer for the next two years.

Life Saver Sunday, Mother-Daughter Brunch and Tutweiler Baby Shower will take place in April and May.

Mary Meyer gave the "Good of the Order" - "Two Seeds" and "The Gift".

The April meeting will be on the 5th beginning with 6:00 pm Mass. Education Contest Winners will be announced.
