The Lady E-Hawk varsity squad would outscore Alta-Aurelia in all three games, 27-25, 25-22, and 29-27.

"We really struggled passing the ball and finding the attack," said Head Coach Missy Birkey, "but it was great that we were able to still get the win. We were able to make big plays when we needed them."

During the contest, senior Molly Schany would rack up 58 attacks with 24 kills, two shot blocks and eight digs, serving a perfect eight for eight on the evening.

Junior Abbie Schany would make 34 attacks, ten kills, and four digs for her team, while senior Morgan Jamison made 20 attacks five kills, five digs, and a block.

East Sac Raiders

The Lady E-Hawks would put up a strong fight against the Raiders but came up short with scores of 22-25, 23-25, and 21-25.

"East Sac is a fundamentally sound volleyball team," said Coach Birkey.

"I was really happy with the way the girls responded. We passed the ball really well which made for some great offensive plays on our end."

Molly Schany would make 43 attacks with 18 kills, six digs and two blocks, and serve 14 for 14 with one ace.

Abbie Schany made 34 attacks and 15 kills, digging out four shots during the contest.

Hofstad had 14 attacks on the night, with five kills and eight digs, and had seven perfect serves.

Malm and junior Macy McAllister each served a perfect 12 for 12, with McAllister acing a serve and making eight attacks, three kills, and five digs while Malm made three digs for her team.

Wolff was again perfect in serves on the night, going nine for nine with four digs.

"We hung right with them all night, but we just weren't able to pull off the upset," said Coach Birkey.
