Kyle Kogel would shoot a 43, followed by Isaac Janssen with a 46, Ryerson Boevers with 52, Trent Ditch with 53, Joe Petersen with 54, and Sean Brennan rounding out the crew with 55.

On Monday, April 12, the boys would compete at the Pocahontas Area quad meet. The E-Hawks would turn in a stellar performance, taking first with a 179.

Wirtz would medal on the day, shooting a 42, while Joyce would receive runner up with a 43. Kassel would turn in a 46 on the day, while Freeman would shoot a 48.

"I have been very impressed with our boys," said Coach Tyler Bjustrom. "We have 20 boys out this year and a nice mix of seniors through freshmen. Wirtz, Joyce, Kassel and Freeman are great leaders for our underclassman. Two years ago, when most of our varsity kids were freshmen, they went undefeated in conference play. With COVID taking last year, we were pretty excited for this year, and so far they are 4-0 in the conference and playing solid. We have a lot of golf left but there is a lot to be excited about with E-hawk golf."

Along with the E-Hawks, the Titans of GTRA would compete, placing third with a 199. The Titans were led by Max Hough shooting a 47. West Bend-Mallard would receive fourth with a score of 205. The Wolverines were led by Kody Elbert with a 44.

Lady E-Hawks

The Lady E-Hawks would play tough but fall to the Mustangs 256-201.

Sierra Wolf would lead the Lady E-Hawks with a 57, Riley Fuchs would shoot 63, Kourtney Kogel and Tatum Iverson would both score 68, and both Claire Kassel and Olivia Lace would pick up 80 on the day.

On the JV side, Morgan Bowkowski would shoot an 86 for the Lady E-Hawks.
