Plan Ahead For E-Hawk Summer Wrestling Camp

Emmetsburg wrestling camps will be held on July 5, 6, and 7 free of charge at Little E-Hawk Wrestling Club with a youth, girls, and high school session each day.
The 1st through 6th grade class will be held over these three days from 1:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. For girls 2nd grade through high school, there is a 3:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. time slot over the three-day clinic. 7th through 12th grade boys will have the 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. time slot over the three days.
The clinician leading on July 5 is Oscar Ramirez, assistant wrestling coach at Iowa Western. He is a two-time JUCO All-American and a three-time Iowa HS state wrestling place winner through Esthervile Lincoln Central.
On July 6, Jeff Voss, West Delaware head wrestling coach since 1996, will lead the clinic. He was awarded Coach of the Year in 2007, 2013, and 2019. He earned Traditional State Champions in 1991, 2013, 2019, and 2021. In 1991, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, they earned the title of state dual champions. He was also named Wartburg All-American.
On July 7, Michael Moreno, former assistant coach at Northern Colorado, will serve as clinician. He is a two-time Iowa State University All-American, was a 2010 state champion, and is a four-time Iowa State place winner.
At any age, each E-Hawk wrestler can plan to learn applicable skills from these experienced leaders in wrestling by taking advantage of this opportunity.
